Services & Fees
Flow Counselling Hertfordshire offers individual counselling sessions to those over the age of 18.
Sessions are 50 minutes in length and usually take place weekly. Sometimes fortnightly or monthly sessions are better suited to an individual's needs so this option can be discussed during our initial telephone call.
Sessions are arranged in advance and will often take place at the same time and day of the week.
I have a 48 hour cancellation policy.
I have a limited number of concessionary slots available.

In-person face-to-face
In-person sessions are held in Broxbourne, Hertfordshire. There is access to parking on site.

Online Video Sessions
Online sessions offer the face-to-face connection of in-person counselling, with the convenience of joining from a place where you feel comfortable.
Sessions take place via Google Meet, which is secure, encrypted and simple to use. Online counselling can be just as effective as working together in person and means I can support clients across the UK.

Telephone Counselling
Telephone counselling is different to video or in-person sessions as we will not be able to see each other. Like online sessions it is convenient and accessible. It also provides a greater level of anonymity. When working over the telephone I may be more vocal, to make up for the loss of visual cues.
